Nooka x Hellz / Nooka x Kid Robot

Keeping up with this brand is a difficult thing when they keep dropping exclusives like these. First up is a collaboration with Hellz. It's funny how when you take the same design for this model and throw some new color patterns on it, it raises its dopeness factor. This model retails for $300.00.



Second up is the collaboration with toy/clothing company Kid Robot. With its familiar robot logo on the bands this model is definitely one of my favorites. This particular model retails for $175.00.

Some freshness from New Balance coming our way. I absolutely love the colorway of these kicks. 686 Snowboarding company has collabo'd with New Balance to produce these sneax. These are slated to drop later this year. Keep a look out.

Graffiti Tagger Falls To His Death off the Palmetto Expressway

A man suspected of spray painting a sign on the 826 Expressway was killed early Friday morning after he fell 24-feet from the catwalk and was then struck by a truck.

FHP Lt. Pat Santangelo told CBS4 Reporter Peter D'Oench, "I think over the past week, we've had a problem with people defacing signs on roadways," adding, "there are reasons why you shouldn't do that; one of the main reasons you shouldn't do that happened today."

28-year-old Enrique Vicente Olivera of Kendall fell onto the southbound lanes of the Palmetto, near Bird Road before the driver of a Ford Ranger pickup truck hit him after midnight, police said. The driver of that truck did stop.

FHP officials say it's believed the "tagger" may have taken a step back to admire the beginnings of his work when he fell from the catwalk and was run over.

"We have reports that the victim may have been up on the catwalk. We did find a spray can next to the victim. He may have been up there tagging the sign," said FHP's Francisco Lozano.

Earlier this week, several signs on I-95 in downtown Miami and North Miami were tagged by graffiti artists and authorities had to spend the following days cleaning up the mess.

Police are not sure if the incidents are related.

I'm putting this on my wish list of must have gifts for 2009.

It doesn't matter how many new types of ipods Apple produces, it seems like the dopest stuff from technology of yesteryear. What attracted me to this is the fact that you rewind and fast-forward just like actual tapes. DOPE!! They come in different sizes but instead of listing memory size (i.e., 10 gigs) it gives you how much music it can hold view time increments from 45 to 60 and 90 minutes.
