Dude has an extensive amount of work that he has captured.Keegan's Nature shots look so sick in the way that when he captures that split second moment that the pictures look as if they were photoshopped.Dude is just nasty with his camera.
Incase has done it again!! I went completely crazy when I saw this. For all you iphone fiends out there who aren't really happy with your phone's battery life I present to you a rather innovative solution. Incase has integrated a slim flit case with an external iphone battery that will increase the standard battery life two fold. The external battery will be used as the primary source of power and only when it has been exhausted then the internal battery will kick in. I know what your saying... But E it increases the phone's size. You are right in making such a complaint but given the functionality of this add on I think the positives outweigh the negatives. This dope addition will be available this holiday season via apple.com and Goincase.com
Born and raised in Serbia, the photographer known as Boogie began his career while documenting the Serbian Civil War in 1990. He later relocated to New York City where he currently resides.
The more and more I look at this dude's work, the more I want to get into photography. What stands out to me is his work on NYC street gangs which were published in his book It's All Good (2006). Some of the pics are CRAZE! Here are some samples from that book.
Talk about sending a message to all snitches out there.

I think Nike has found the proverbial fountain of youth for the Air Force 1 line. These kicks have seen longevity like no other. To add to the "fountain", Krink has created their version of the classic shoe and I must say it has become one of my favorite collaborations to date. Shoes drop on November 29th at specialty retailers around the nation.

In many ways President Elect Obama is the embodiment of a superhero and this picture does say 1000 words. With the economy being like it is and how the world views our country at the present moment the "Big Homie" has quite a mountain to climb.

According to Volker Correll, Mos Def (government name, Dante Smith) allegedly snatched a camera off his neck and smashed it, before leaving with the camera. The photographer also claims to have suffered injuries to his hand during the incident, which he says happened in August.

SHAKE, you have most likely heard someone mention it. I attended it not to long ago,it was really dope, the DJ was playing some super ill tracks I can recall him playing this old school Ol Dirty Bastard song(shimmy shimmy ya) and everyone in the joint was going buck wild. AS far as the chugging champ goes, dude is a monster I have never seen someone down beer that fast. This is what Ahol who is one of the cats who is in charge of this jam had to say: "Its a dope jam.... we try to only do things we would want to go to and a place we would want to get loose at... the vagabond is a dope chill place to begin with... were bringing back the Nintendo every Thursday and will have a different games projected over the dance floor, and anyone can play it..(this week is tetris) ... as for the chugging contest, we decided to sell quarts in the club, we thought it would be loose to have a quart chugging contest... every night it gets bigger an bigger, and so far the winner (JAMES MELGAR) has won every time, I don't know how he does it dude. This guy keeps getting people rowdy calling anyone out to beat him, an so far he's holding it down"

Shout out to the boy 3J!! You got the next bottle muuufuka!! LOL! My dude stay lacing me up with the ill finds.
BBC put together this pretty dope documentary on Sean Carter or better known as Jay Z. The vid provides another perspecive to this multifaceted super star from rubbing shoulders with good friends like Chris Martin and P Diddy to getting to know his many musical influences. So without further ado here is the documentary in its 51 minutes of glory.
These videos are not the most recent videos to have on a blog and especially knowing how fast and quick the graffiti movement is in Miami, but none the less they are really good videos to watch whether you like this art form or you just want to know about some of the cats you see up around your area.
This FDC CREW production came out hella dope.props to them and also to smokenprofits for getting footage of this.
There is no way i could have left these two last videos out.
Leave it up to Austria to come up with this concept hotel called Das Park. Tenants receive a code to enter the unit and will find a double bed, storage space underneath, one window and one electrical outlet.
Not much of a skater myself but these addidas skate shoes are pretty dope. Part of the Addidas 2009 Spring/Summer collection I suspect these will be a hot commodity when they drop. Keep a look out son!!
Thought this were absolute CRACK!!! These are by Russian born Graphic artist Danil Kryvoruchko.
Man if atomic bombs could be like this I think wars will be the dopest thing ever!! Imagine an explosion of Lucky Charm style marshmallows. Hook up some milk yo!!
Roadsworth started painting in the streets of Montreal in 2001 and has expanded his talents over seas in Europe. I thought his stuff was absolute genius. Check it out!!
Saw the video below on Kanye's blog earlier so I decided to do a little research on this dude. So lo and behold I find some pretty dope videos from this cat. I think this shit is absolutely dope!!
I had to put this up today because sometimes it's not about the destination, it's about the journey. Woke up early to fulfill my civic duty and go vote. Let me tell you it was an interesting 3 hours. You can definitely see that this election has had an adverse effect on young voters. I was standing behind this family and their daughter (first time voter) was voting for Barack Obama and her parents were voting for that other guy. LOL! I have to give that young lady some props because it looked like her parents were going to disown her right there and then. Nevertheless she stood tall and followed her heart. It was a beautiful thing!!
Back of the line son!!!
The other thing that had me laughing was the fact that some of the volunteers (who were passing out flyers and such) of Republican candidates weren't really paying us no mind. How the f**k do they that i'm not a die hard Republican? I tell you it was funny.
Lastly I've never seen so many people line up to go to the library! Now some of you will say... E! But the poling center was in a library!! I know I know but it was ill to me that I had to wait 3 hours to get into a library like they were giving out FREE KNOWLEDGE.... Ummmm wait!! They do that already yo! LMAO! Matter of fact I was so inspired I renewed my library card and checked out a book. Life is just full of irony isn't it. Anyway here are some flix I took from the good ol' Iphone.
NOW GO VOTE YA BASTARDS!!
Damn!! I'm just now really looking at this photo. Now ask yourself... Who do you vote for? Me? It's these little kids on the curve because the decsion of today leaders will affect the lives of those who come after us.
Another gem from the one and only Jose Rawks!! This cat is coming up in the interview game and about to get put on the That's Crack roster. Good looking out big homie!
What do you write,What crews are you holding down?
TYPOE-TRIBE.CALLED.PHRESH -ARMY.OF.CHAOS
What are your thoughts about piecing vs bombing?where do you think you fall?
Piecing and bombing are very separate but at the same time the are very close to each other. I think its dope to bomb the middle of the street with an ill burner instead of just doing a throwie. to me both are important to get down. I def like my pieces better than my hand styles..something i am constantly working on and trying to perfect.
Do you have hope for Miami and its graff scene? Where do you see it going?
I think more cats are painting, beef or no beef. Even if someone is a new jack and isn't that dope i still like to see people fucking shit up. I have hope for the scene. I am not giving up on it. There are a lot of writers in Miami. A LOT OF WRITERS. If half of us painted daily or at least a few times a week we would wreck shop in Miami. The biggest problem i see is that people just rather lay around or party rather than painting. laziness.
Do you think the Internet has fucked up/helped the graffiti scene not just here in Miami but around around the world?
The internet is what it is. you cant blame shit on a computer. people just need to get the fuck up and paint(including myself). No matter how much i paint in a week i never feel like i am doing enough. I cant blame that on the internet really..sometimes i just get caught up chillin with girls and doing the civilian thing. Which is cool, but it delays me from getting better at a faster pace.
Would you like to tell the readers anything about your homie Took may he rest in paradise?
He was a fucking ryder that didn't give a fuck about anything except for his boys. Its funny cause he was the only cat in our camp that loved beef..and when i say he loved it, he really did. We would pull up at a McDonalds drive through and he would just jump out of the whip and try to drag someone out of there car and fuck them up for no reason. He used to get up a lot back in the days but prison and other shit took a few years of painting away from him. It was the first time i lost someone that was very close to me and it was the worst feeling i ever had when i got the phone call saying he was dead. Since that happened it made me want to be a better friend to my hommies, and to try and treat the people that are alive with me with respect and care no matter what. I started to realize that life is too short and i don't intend on wasting any of it hating anyone or not being there for someone, no matter what. We will never forget you and you will ride on every wall i can try and paint until the day i die.
If you could meet someone who has impacted your art skills and you felt that if it wasn't for this person you probably wouldn't be where you are now?
The people who most impacted me are my boys and i have already met them. we try to push each other daily to get better and to come up with different ideas.
Whats your favorite tool of the trade (spray paint, mops, fire extinguishers,meanstreaks,...etc) and why?
Montana hardcores. all day. pink dots. banana caps.
Does your work get inspired by music if so what do you listen to when you paint?
I actually don't have any music..weird..I know. I have no cd player, no ipod. I just have one tape of BIG L. What inspires me to paint is the world around me..architecture, trees, clouds, lines, shapes, colors, clothes...anything that has form i use to put in my letters. I am nowhere near where I want to be with my graff but I feel like i am on the way there. practice makes perfect and i try to live by that.
Who is your favorite person to paint with outside of your crew and why?
There are a couple cats i choose to paint with outside of the crew..
1)METUE- cause he knows his shit, doesn't talk a lot, and he gets busy. I like to paint with people who I know have my back and they know i got there's as well.
2)DUNCE- hommie just has heart. He is new in the game and he is extremely hungry to get better. No matter what his boys do or what anyone says..he is out there every single night somewhere finding spots, climbing shit, catching tags, and getting better.
3)CROME- It is just refreshing to paint with someone that has like mindedness. This cat def is out of the box and wants to try new shit every time. You never know what to expect and i like that.
Any crazy wild story that sticks out of your mind that you don't mind sharing with us,it doesn't have to deal with graff just has to involve you in it.
I have been chased many many times, usually i get away. Sucks being caught, just means i didn't think hard enough about what i was doing and my escape routes. So i try to be as careful as possible and make sure i am mad ninja status.
If you had the chance to see two of your favorite graffiti artist battle who would they be?
Um..I don't know. I would like to see someone battle themselves . Like do a piece, and then immediately have to set it up and do something that blows the other one out of the water. That would be dope to see.
Any special shout outs you would like to give?
Just to my TCP fam and those few others i paint with. You know who you are. holler.
Young college bound student just trying to do his thang!!
